CPFTA Application Now Open

The application for the Chicago Police and Firefighter Training Academy (CPFTA) - Class of 2014 (program starts Sep. 2012) is now open. The online portion of the application closes Monday, April 23, 2012 and application materials must be received in our office no later than 5:00pm on Monday, April 30, 2012. The application and instructions are available on Choose Your Future.

• If you fail an assessment two times, you must contact Mrs. Irizarry at sacastillo@cps.k12.il.us to reactivate the account.
• If you forget your username and password, contact Mrs. Irizarry at sacastillo@cps.k12.il.us to reset it and email you a new password
