This program is the jewel in the crown of ETC programs. The opportunity to work with Chicago’s Finest is a treat in itself. The daily opportunities make this program rich for each student. They may not meet the criteria for the Police or Fire Departments, but they will be a better citizen of the City of Chicago for being involved with this program.
